Q: Can anyone leave a product review?
A: Customers who have purchased orders can submit reviews through the order page after completing the order; non-purchased users can reply/interact under the reviews of purchased users.
(Reviews that violate the platform's language policy may be restricted by the system and may not be submitted.)
Q: Why does my product review not appear in the review section immediately after I submit it?
A: It takes 1-2 business days for the system to process the review.
Q: Are both positive and negative reviews displayed publicly?
A: Yes, ochama will not hide user reviews in any way, nor will it guide customers to delete bad reviews, all reviews will be displayed publicly to give customers a true reference. Reviews that violate the platform's language policy (see below) will not be included.
Q: Why can't I leave a review/why isn't my review displayed?
A: The following content that violates the platform's language policy of discourse cannot be submitted/shown
- Uncivilised speech: using abusive, harassing, defamatory or discriminatory language.
- Hate speech: Posting discriminatory remarks regarding race, gender, religion, region, etc.
- False Reviews: Posting false reviews or irrelevant words.
- Faking Reviews: Posting the same reviews repeatedly with a high frequency.
