For products marked "Free replace within 180 days" on the details page, If the product does not work properly due to quality problems within 180 days of order completion, ochama will provide free replacement service.
The service does not include the following:
1) Damage caused by improper installation, use, storage, or maintenance of the product;
2) Inconsistent, altered or missing product logos or serial numbers;
3) Damage caused by disassembly of the body and parts;
4) Failures and damage caused by intentional human behavior or force majeure (such as fire disaster, earthquake, flood, wind, etc.);
5) Applications outside the service validity period, that is, applications beyond 180 days;
6) For orders that have already enjoyed one exchange service, the products that have been exchanged are no longer eligible for 180-day free replacement service.
If you need to apply for this service, you need to follow the steps below:
Contact customer service before applying for a replacement
provide the order number to verify your identity as well as videos and/or pictures of the product not working properly;
After the original product is successfully returned, we will send you a brand-new one within 3 working days.
Note:
When applying for replacement service, all equipment and accessories of the original product must be returned. The replaced original equipment and accessories belong to ochama.
