Price guarantee service
Price guarantee service is an additional benefit ochama offers to customers. If your ordered product has a lower price during relative unconditional return timeframe (flash-sale products with limited stock excluded), please feel free to contact customer service and get a coupon for the price difference.

Principle
Fresh/frozen/food products are not available for this service. Price guarantee service is as same as unconditional return period when applicable. And is calculated from the second calendar day after the date of receipt;

Calculation
Price guarantee amount = Actual payment amount (excluding coupons) - Lower listing price

Guarantee method
A coupon equivalent to the number calculated will be issued to your account with 15 days validation;

Note: the actual payment amount of each item can be checked from “Setting - Invoices” on your Ochama App.
