Business days are Monday-Friday, with the exception of public holidays. If your order is placed during weekends and public holidays or the day after 6pm, ochama will process your order on the next business day. Special circumstances include large events such as 618, Singles Day, Black Friday, bad weather, or any other unexpected factors that are applicable. During this period, ochama will adjust the order preparation process according to the situation.
If you are not at home when the carrier delivers your orders, our partners will take your order back to their own collection point, which will also send emails/messages with the collection addresses to you. If you need your parcels to be re-delivered or left with neighbours or letterboxes, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to help you.
Delivery fees
We charge the appropriate delivery fee for each order based on the delivery location and weight of the item. For charging rules you can refer to the table below which could also be checked when placing an order before payment. The shipping fee is calculated based on the actual amount paid (excluding coupons), in addition, cross-border products are not subject to this charging rule.
