We will keep for you until the end of 6 days after the pick-up date at the most.
For fresh/frozen product
Due to the perishable nature of fresh/frozen products, in order to ensure food safety, we can only maintain them until the end of the business hours of the pick-up point you selected. If you still do not collect these products by then, these products can no longer be taken out for consumption or resell, so your order will have to be cancelled.
In order to protect the rights of each user, we will provide each account with ONE opportunity to get a full refund. If you have used this opportunity, you may not be able to get a (full) refund.
